




The Health & Safety Department of Richemont Italia is looking for a person who will support in the project related to the implementation of software for the entire management of H&S courses and visits. HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? You will support in: * Creation of a profile database based on existing individual certificates; * Uploading documents (certificates and appointments) to the employee's personal section on the platform – employee profile management; * Support in continuously updating the database of delivered training and deadlines, ensuring its accuracy and accessibility; * Secondary: Collaborate in the planning and logistical organization of health and safety training courses (e.g., first aid, fire prevention, general and specific training) – Manage participant registrations and monitor attendance; * Assist the SPP (Prevention and Protection Service) in the creation, updating, and archiving of health and safety documentation (e.g., appointments, operating procedures, meeting minutes); * Compilation of appointment forms for all prevention figures; * Verification, organization, and reminders related to training courses or medical examinations.
