Job Description

Support the project management activities of SAP Digital Governance, a key enablement team within the Strategy & Operations board area * Organize and coordinate projects in accordance with requirements, including contributing to process improvements * Build and maintain strong working relationships to ensure a positive and reliable stakeholder experience * Coordinate production and delivery schedules with development teams and manage workflows end-to-end * Develop expertise in SAP Digital Governance’s platforms, tools, and digital products * Contribute to strategic planning and execution to strengthen the team’s positioning within SAP * Identify and support opportunities to integrate AI solutions that enhance efficiency, quality, and decision-making in SAP Digital Governance’s processes

Requirements

Valid permission to work in Germany as a working student (e.g., appropriate visa or residence permit)
Enrollment at a university or university of applied sciences with at least 12 months remaining in your studies (preferably in a Master’s (M.Sc./M.A./MBA) program)
Strong academic performance, ideally in project management and information technology as well as Artificial Intelligence-related coursework
Very strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Jira or other project management tools is a plus
Fluency in German and English (C1+); additional languages are an advantage
Strong team orientation, creativity, organizational skills, proactivity, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deliverables
