










You’ll start the day checking project updates, following up on actions, and updating plans or dashboards. You might join project meetings, take notes, and help track progress against timelines, budgets, and risks. Throughout the day, you’ll collaborate with project managers, team members, and stakeholders, helping keep projects organized, informed, and moving forward. You’ll also gain hands-on exposure to project tools, methodologies, and best practices while building a strong foundation for a career in project management. Support project management office in planning, coordinating, and delivering project tasks. Maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, risk logs, and status reports. Track project progress, milestones, and dependencies, escalating issues where needed. Assist with meeting preparation, facilitation, and action tracking. Support communication with stakeholders by preparing updates, newsletters and reports Ensure project governance processes and standards are followed by administering MS365 tool landscape configuration (Sharepoint, MS Teams, Viva Engage, MS Planner). Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying lessons learned and best practices.
