British American Tobacco UK has an exciting opportunity for a Consumer Experience Intern in London, Chiswick CONTRACT: Full-time Internship FUNCTION: Marketing – Consumer Experience At BAT , we’re transforming into a global multi-category business with products like VUSE, VELO, and GLO , driving innovation and a reduced-risk future. To make it happen, we’re looking for passionate, creative, and ambitious talent ready to Be the Change . Join our Events & Engagement (E&E) team , where creativity meets strategy. We’re a tight-knit, collaborative group bringing to life unforgettable consumer experiences — from immersive pop-ups and club activations to nationwide campaigns that connect our brands with audiences in meaningful ways. We’re now looking for a Consumer Experience Intern to help deliver exciting projects and activations throughout 2026. If you’re eager to learn, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want hands-on experience in event marketing and campaign delivery, this is your chance to shine. Your key responsibilities will include: Support the planning and execution of high-impact consumer activations and brand events across the UK. Lead weekly team meetings and help track event performance, KPIs, and budgets. Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Legal, External Affairs, and Creative) to ensure compliance and campaign excellence. Collaborate with creative agencies — managing timelines, deliverables, and project progress. Prepare reports and insights to measure campaign success and identify improvement opportunities. Support compliance checks, event logistics, and other operational needs behind the scenes. Monitor competitor activities and contribute fresh, innovative ideas for upcoming campaigns. Work cross-functionally with the wider Consumer Experience and Brand teams to align on content calendars and project timelines.
