We are looking for a student in the last year of master’s degree for a paid curricular internship with the goal of offering a permanent contract afterwards. GOTOfreedom is a leading Executive Search & Recruitment Agency, specializing in talent acquisition and headhunting for the financial sector. As we continue to grow and evolve, we are seeking dynamic individuals to join our team and contribute to our success. Also, we have recently changed our internal software, decreasing the amount of administrative tasks and initiating a journey towards automation. Hence, it will not be one of those usual administrative support roles at all! Your role You will deep dive into the world of recruitment and financial services, putting into practice the trainings you will receive and taking advantage of the knowledge shared by the team. You will be soon involved in the business, participating to the day-to-day activities, such as identifying and qualifying candidates for the vacancies we work on. You will take part to the development of our new HR Advisory service by conducting trends and market watch to feed Consultants and CEO, having a real impact on the closing of deals and the presentation to clients.
