You prepare and coordinate periodic reports for the Project Management and PMO team * You compile and analyze project data to provide clear status visibility * You maintain project timelines, milestone trackers, and action lists * You keep project documentation and files organized and up to date * You track open tasks and follow up with stakeholders on deadlines and deliverables * You support daily PMO operational and process‑related activities * You assist in improving PMO templates, tools, and working procedures * You liaise with internal departments and stakeholders to align on various tasks

Requirements

You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
You bring initial practical experience in project management, PMO, consulting, or a similar analytical/organizational role, which is a plus
You have strong analytical skills with the ability to structure and interpret project data
You show high attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel
You demonstrate a proactive, reliable, and structured working style with a hands‑on mentality
You possess strong communication skills and confidence in working with cross‑functional stakeholders
