As a working student, you ensure business continuity within the R&D Central Management team. The primary business need is to maintain the continuous creation of high‑quality creative content, including videos and graphics, for the global R&D Academy, as this is essential for engaging the worldwide R&D community. To address this need, the role is structured around three core areas: creative content production, event and communication support, and administrative process management. This structure ensures a strong focus on the development of compelling learning materials while simultaneously handling the logistical and operational tasks required to support the global activities of the R&D Academy.
