As part of our test development team, you will work on software engineering tasks, building and deploying ML/AI capabilities to support test data analytics, yield prediction, anomaly detection on wafer/test logs. Key Tasks: * Supporting the design and implementation of an ML/AI project * Preparing, cleaning, and structuring datasets using Python * Conducting exploratory data analysis (EDA) * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define use cases * Building structured data pipelines * Training and evaluating models (e.g. classification, regression, clustering) * Hyperparameter tuning and model comparison * Implementing a prototype (e.g. internal tool / simple API) * Supporting early-stage AI product exploration This internship gives you the chance to see your ideas come to life in real lab environments! This topic can also be offered as a potential bachelor or master thesis.
