Our internships will afford you an opportunity to work on all aspects of software engineering. Our rapidly growing teams are changing how businesses communicate with their customers using cloud technologies such as AWS, REST and Micro-Services architectures based primarily on Java, Python, JavaScript, and mobile technologies on IOS. As part of our continued investment in innovation, you will also gain exposure to how we embed Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning into our platform - from intelligent automation and predictive analytics to AI-powered customer engagement solutions that are transforming how organisations connect with their customers globally. We are looking for dynamic undergraduates who would be excited to work in an innovative, fun and diverse environment building hosted SaaS applications at the convergence of Customer Care and Big Data. We will not put you in the corner to read manuals - you will learn how to write real-world software and understand how a real-world software development team functions. Many of our past interns have returned to work with us full time after graduation! Engineering interns are placed directly with individual scrum teams, allowing them to directly contribute to every aspect of our software development lifecycle. Already, many of the 2025 engineering interns have some code running in production - servicing Genesys' customers globally. Our teams are cross functional and global, with our interns collaborating with colleagues across many different countries.
