Job Description

Joining Hilti as an intern means experiencing much more than a simple internship: it’s a structured six‑month program that will allow you to discover our culture, develop concrete skills, and contribute to real projects within the Regional Energy & Industry team. What You'll do During your internship, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the project “Adriatic and Israel Sales Force Sub‑Segmentation”, taking an active role in the following activities: * Analyzing and evaluating the current sales account platform used by our colleagues * Assessing the market organization’s account universe and identifying key development focus areas * Coordinating account data quality in close collaboration with local market teams * Engaging with local market colleagues to ensure alignment on project activities * Developing sub‑segmentation scenarios together with regional segment managers What You’ll Bring We’d love to hear from you if: You’re not just looking for an internship, but for a challenge that sparks your curiosity and pushes you to grow.
