We are looking for a highly motivated PMO intern to join our innovative and dynamic team at AVATR Design Center Munich. If you’re passionate about project management, process optimization, and supporting cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-end automotive environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Key Responsibilities: * Assist the PMO team in tracking project progress, resources, risks, and compiling related data. * Support project planning, task breakdown, and milestone management for automotive design projects. * Help organize project meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items. * Contribute to the optimization and standardization of project management processes, templates, and documentation systems. * Coordinate communication between cross-functional teams (Design, Engineering, Procurement, etc.). * Complete other project-related support tasks as assigned by supervisors.
