Rotational Operations Leadership Programs are committed to growing GE HealthCare's entry level, high potential talent-people with a passion for technology, a drive for technical excellence, professional skills and GE HealthCare values-by accelerating their development through intense technical training and a variety of business critical assignments. Each of the three 8-month rotations includes responsibilities such as: * Manufacturing Operations Supervisor; * Sourcing/Materials Management (procurement, material flow); * Technical (lean, manufacturing engineer / process engineer); * Environment, Health & Safety (site operations support, EHS support); * You’ll work as part of a team and will be involved in strategic projects to shape the business; * You will gain international experience in at least one rotation outside of your home country within our European sites in Ireland, Norway, Netherlands and UK. This will give you the opportunity to work with different cultures and different manufacturing environments; * As an OMLP you will join our EMEA Community, where together our trainees drive OMLP initiatives, engage with future OMLP recruitment, network with Leadership and enjoy Engagement Events together.
