At Deloitte, Corporate Finance is hiring an M&A Corporate Finance Intern starting May 2026. You’ll join Deloitte’s Corporate Finance team, part of a global network advising companies, investors, and institutions on mergers, acquisitions, and financing strategies. From mid-market transactions to complex deal structures, the team works across the full deal lifecycle. Expect a professional yet open environment where collaboration, learning, and being yourself are key. As an intern, you’ll be part of a dynamic team of M&A professionals and contribute across multiple Corporate Finance disciplines. You support real projects that shape transactions and strategic decisions. What will you do? * Support on buy-side and sell-side M&A processes, from initial idea to closing * Work on financial analyses, valuation models, and market research * Help prepare client deliverables such as memoranda, presentations, and proposals * Contribute to financing advisory by analysing funding structures and options * Collaborate with consultants and managers on live deal projects
