Job Description

You will be working on live business projects and expected to dive straight in and take the lead. Previous Mechanical Engineering internship projects have covered topics such as creating a 'Gold Standard' process in sustainability for our worldwide equipment, improving the design of razor assembly machines, and evaluating automation opportunities to drive productivity on our packing production lines. Sounds challenging? Don’t worry – we don’t expect you to know how to do this, we can teach you. Each intern receives a customized learning plan to ensure they get the right levels of coaching, mentoring and training as they deliver their work. Requirements

student in at least your third year of an engineering program or a recent graduate (up to one year after graduation)
Strong interest in investigating and implementing new technologies and processes to step change our products and equipment
Demonstrate leadership skills with a desire to challenge the established way of doing things through continual improvement and innovation, delighting our consumers
Strong self-starter, able to drive real-world projects with your own initiative through to completion
Have very strong verbal and written English language skills
Able to travel during the internship
Ready for 3-month internship with the possibility of continuing as a Trainee or Engineer in our team
