





As Digital Commerce Intern, you will support key in-season activities across Experience, Operations, Trading and Content, to ensure smooth operations and an elevated consumer experience for our three brand websites. Here’s what you’ll be responsible for joining our team as Digital Commerce Intern: Key Moment launches (Back to School, Black Friday, Summer Sale): Assist with the milestone planning, tracking and key activities to ensure a smooth, on time and consumer ready launch of our key moments. Website migration support: Perform UAT (User acceptance testing) of the new website and support the initial set up of products, user journey touchpoint, content and messaging. Site optimisation & new feature activation: Optimize website touchpoints such as product finders, quick links, and menu. Ensure these elements are optimized for user engagement and conversion. Take part in the UAT and set up of new features released to the website through the product improvement process. SEO, Content & Site Messaging updates: Execute updates to website content, including homepage, landing pages, editorial content and banners. Assist in creating and updating operational messages on the websites, such as cart messages, shipping information and return policies. Ensure site messaging is clear, accurate, and consumer-friendly. Site Merchandising & Product data: Support the preparation and upload new products and update existing product information on the ecommerce platforms for both brands. Ensure all product details are accurate and up-to-date. Assist in organizing the display of products on the websites to enhance discoverability and drive sales. Implement merchandising strategies to promote key products and categories.
