Job Description

As a part of the AWE Research and Development team, you support the development of alkaline water electrolysis products with focus on stack development. You contribute to innovative and cost effective design. You take over tasks and work packages with main activity of 3D and 2D design work (calculations, concept sketching, 3D part and assembly design, 2D drafting). You conduct prototype testing of new design concepts at the nucera prototyping lab. You support in updating of data bases.

Requirements

You are currently enrolled in a Master’s program in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or similar, preferably specialized in product development/ design engineering.
You have knowledge and experience in 3D- and 2D-CAD tools (preferably Solid Edge).
You have knowledge in regular standards needed for mechanical designs.
You have a self-reliant working style and hands-on mentality.
You deliver creative and reliable solutions.
You also have good analytical and structuring skills and develop fast alternative results.
Very good written and spoken English skills complete your profile.
