Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Agile Ways of Working and various aspects of digital development guiding the teams toward high performance, fostering continuous improvement, and ensuring Delivery excellence. The intern will work closely with our Solutions Delivery team to enhance our Agile maturity, support effective ceremonies, and reinforce collaborative and value‑driven delivery.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in digital, software development, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
Strong organization, and facilitation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with colleagues at all levels.
Basic understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps tool.
Eagerness to learn and contribute to Agile processes.
First Experience within a Scrum team or Agile delivery environment is a plus.
