Typical tasks may include; * Providing a professional and excellent standard of customer service * Direct customer liaison providing quotations and co-ordination of sales orders * Responding to customer enquiries within an agreed timescale * Ensure orders and enquiries are executed in an accurate, timely and cost-effective manner * Maintenance and development of strong customer relations * Producing customer reports / order status reports * General administration duties * Coordinate with internal departments including Commercial, Engineering, Logistics, Manufacturing and Finance to ensure orders are delivered on time and in the most profitable and efficient way
