The student will join an international Front Office team in which they will be trained in Opera, Concept (golf and Spa reservation), LHW’s standards and 5 star hotel customer service. They will be working along with other Receptionist in order to reinforce their communication skills, customer service abilities, invoice issuing, relation with other departments and organization skills. At the end of the internship, students will be able to provide a 5 star LHW customer service, have a general knowledge of a Spanish Hotel Industry, enhance their organizational skills and have a deeply understanding of inter-departmental communication.
