










The Client Service Trainee will support Relationship Managers in daily client servicing and onboarding activities. This role involves performing daily controls, responding to requests from clients, sub-distributors and asset managers, producing tailored reports and analyses, and coordinating onboarding of new clients onto the platform. Main tasks: - Perform daily controls * Monitor the quality of service provided by custodians through data controls and analysis. * Assist the company’s operational departments in resolving issues related to custodial information sources. * Review existing processes and propose improvements to optimize production lines. * Control and validate daily accruals for the Fund of Funds business. - Respond to sub‑distributor client requests * Handle enquiries related to trailer fees (collection, payment, rates). * Maintain and update the CRM database. * Create and update user access to the client portal. - Produce tailored reporting and analysis * Prepare monthly manual reports. * Perform ad‑hoc analyses and produce reports as requested by clients or management. * Carry out internal analyses in preparation for service reviews conducted by the Relationship Management team.
