







We’re expanding our Employee Relations, Compliance and Mobility team and are looking for a proactive Compliance & Mobility Intern to support our global employee compliance and mobility processes. You’ll help the team deliver a consistent, efficient, and people-first experience by supporting day-to-day operations, maintaining accurate documentation and tracking, and partnering with internal stakeholders and external vendors to keep things running smoothly. To be successful, you’ll bring a detail-oriented, analytical, and process-driven mindset, strong organizational skills, and a professional approach to working with sensitive information. About the team The Compliance & Mobility team helps UiPath grow responsibly by ensuring our HR processes are compliant, consistent, and people-first across the countries where we operate. Compliance: we support regulatory readiness through strong policy governance, accurate documentation, and audit-ready processes (including privacy and AI considerations in HR tools). Mobility: we enable smooth global moves and cross-border work by managing relocation and immigration compliance, remote-work frameworks, and business visa support with external vendors. We partner closely with HR, Legal, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Finance to deliver timely, reliable outcomes and a seamless employee experience.
