The Collaboration & Communication Apprentice position is based in European Shared Services Center as part of the IT team and supports activities related to collaboration platforms, data management, and internal communication within the organization. The role is intended for a student completing mandatory university apprenticeship hours and provides exposure to a global IT environment. The apprentice will support various initiatives related to collaboration, information organization, and communication, while learning how digital tools, processes, and platforms are used to support end users and internal stakeholders, in line with the Franke Platform Services strategy.
