Job Description

As a working student in HR Data & Analytics, you will support our HR Data Team as well as related HR functions in enabling data‑driven decision‑making and continuously developing our people initiatives. At our Berlin site, our employees manufacture key components for ASML’s lithography systems. Through your work in the IT Compliance & Service Continuity environment, you will actively contribute to increasing the operational capability, resilience, and compliance of our critical processes.

Requirements

You are enrolled in a degree program in Data Science, Economics, or a comparable field.
You have an interest in data, analytics, and technical topics — ideally with initial experience in BI tools, data visualization, or an analytical language such as Python or R.
You work independently, take initiative and want to actively advance data‑driven decision‑making in the HR environment.
You bring a modern AI mindset, are confident using current tools, and naturally work in an AI‑supported way.
You work in an agile, solution‑oriented way and adapt quickly to new situations.
