










This position offers the opportunity to work across a range of aviation maintenance departments. Depending on your background, skills, and interests, as well as operational needs, you will be assigned to one of our maintenance areas: Components, Engine Shop, or Base Maintenance. Within your assigned department, you will progressively develop hands-on technical skills under the supervision of experienced aviation professionals. Your tasks include but are not limited to: * Assist in the removal, installation, and basic maintenance of aircraft components under the supervision of experienced technicians. * Support cabin interior maintenance and refurbishment activities, including cleaning, repairing, and refurbishing cabin furniture, fittings, and amenities. * Assist with the installation and removal of cabin components such as seats, carpets, sidewalls, overhead bins, galleys, and lavatory elements. * Support engine maintenance activities by assisting qualified technicians with basic tasks such as preparation, cleaning, inspection support, and handling of engine parts in accordance with procedures and safety rules. * Participate in the repair, inspection, and handling of aircraft components in workshops (e.g. mechanical parts, interior components, or sub-assemblies) under supervision. * Provide logistical support by preparing tools, equipment, parts, and materials required for maintenance, engine, and component repair tasks. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and human factors principles during all maintenance activities. * Follow established procedures and instructions to meet aviation regulatory and company requirements. * Participate in safety meetings, training sessions, and on-the-job learning activities to progressively develop aviation technical skills and awareness.
