The Online Community Intern will support the growth and engagement of the Celonis Community by helping create a valuable experience for our academic, customer, and partner audiences. This role plays an important part in fostering a vibrant, supportive environment where members can connect, learn in-demand skills, and share their knowledge of the Celonis platform. The ideal candidate is passionate about community building and eager to contribute to initiatives that enhance engagement across key touchpoints. As part of the Community Engagement team, the intern will support global and regional initiatives that bring the online Celonis Community to life. The intern will gain hands-on experience in community operations, engagement programs, and content creation. This position is embedded within the Marketing and Operations team, which also includes Regional Marketing, Partner Marketing, Customer Experience, Digital Marketing and Marketing Operations. You will collaborate closely with colleagues from across Celonis, contribute to exciting cross-functional projects, and play an active role in helping users connect, learn, and grow within the Celonis Community.
