Job Description

Curious to discover how an international outdoor brand manages its supply chain? Interested in understanding planning challenges to meet global demand while respecting industrial constraints? Keen to work on concrete analyses that feed the S&OP process and operational decision-making? If so, we have a mission for you! We are looking for an intern to join the Supply Planning Softgoods team. At the heart of the S&OP process, Supply Planning plays a key role in the supply chain: it consists of translating commercial demand into a realistic production plan, taking into account industrial capacities and inventory targets, in order to ensure product availability while supporting business growth. You will support the team in building, analysing, and managing the production plan, as well as monitoring supply chain performance. Your main responsibilities: Contribute to defining production requirements based on demand signals, order book, and inventory strategy. Participate in building and updating the production plan with our industrial partners. Monitor plan execution and identify potential risks related to capacity, lead times, or supply. Prepare analyses to support supply planning reviews and operational decision-making within the S&OP process. Collaborate with internal teams (demand planning, sourcing, operations) to ensure alignment between demand, production, and inventory targets. Contribute to the implementation of responsible sourcing practices defined under the Fair Labor Association (FLA) framework, which governs our collaboration with industrial partners. In parallel, you will contribute to a continuous improvement project aimed at strengthening supply chain monitoring tools: Improve or simplify existing dashboards and tracking tools. Contribute to the development of data visualization materials to facilitate analysis and decision-making. This internship will allow you to: Discover the strategic role of supply planning within the S&OP process of an international company. Understand how production planning decisions are made in a global supply chain. Develop hands-on experience in operational data analysis and decision-support tools. Work in a multicultural environment, interacting with international teams and industrial partners.
