Level 3 Teaching Assistant Mainstream Primary School, Leyland Full-Time | Term-Time Only Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in a vibrant mainstream primary school? We are seeking a committed Level 3 Teaching Assistant (leyland) to join our supportive and forward-thinking team. About the Role As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will: * Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 (depending on experience) * Deliver targeted interventions in literacy and numeracy * Provide in-class support to enhance learning and engagement * Work with small groups and on a 1:1 basis where required * Contribute to planning, assessment and pupil progress tracking * Support pupils with additional needs, including SEND * Promote positive behaviour and a safe learning environment
