We are looking for a Junior IT Support specialist at the Low Junior or Trainee level to work in our Dnipro office. This role is ideal for someone who wants to start a career in IT and gain practical experience in technical support and basic system administration. You will work as part of the IT Support team and assist with daily user support tasks, equipment management, preparing devices for employees, and maintaining basic office IT infrastructure. This is an entry-level position, so we are open to candidates without commercial experience. We value motivation, the ability to learn quickly, communication skills, and the desire to grow within the IT field. English language requirement: English level B1 – B2+ The candidate should be comfortable participating in calls with colleagues from other offices and able to understand basic technical communication in English. Soft skills: Personal qualities and communication skills are extremely important for this role.
