Job Description

CHANEL is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented intern to join the Global Learning & Development team. The intern will assist in shaping the Future of Learning at CHANEL by supporting the development and adoption of a unified Learning platform, helping optimize the worldwide L&D organization, contributing to the creation of robust data and analytics capabilities, testing and scaling automation and gen AI technologies.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a degree program related to Education Technology, Information Technology, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
Strong interest in technology, AI, low-code and automation.
Great problem-solving abilities and creative mindset, with an openness to learning and applying new technologies and methodologies.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in project management; experience with L&D trends and technologies is a plus.
Fluency in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
