Workday Case Management Support Assist with the setup, configuration, and testing of the new Case Management module Help document processes and identify improvement opportunities Support user acceptance testing and feedback collection 2. HR Mailbox Optimization (Microsoft Copilot) Help structure and streamline HR mailboxes to improve service levels Assist in building automated response flows and templates using Copilot Contribute to service improvement by identifying recurring employee questions 3. Mediwe & HR Administration Support Support administrative follow‑up related to Mediwe processes Ensure accurate, timely handling and compliant documentation 4.
