Within our Display Solutions division, we are looking for a Product Management Trainee who wants to understand how product, sales, and market strategy come together in real business. This is not a passive learning role. You will be part of the team that drives performance of signage and professional display products in Czech Republic and Slovakia. 🔍 What will you be working on You will support the full product lifecycle — from market understanding to go-to-market execution. ✔️ Market & Product Insights * Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor positioning * Support preparation of product recommendations and local portfolio decisions * Help translate market reality into actionable insights for HQ and regional teams ✔️ Business & Performance Support * Assist with demand planning and product performance tracking * Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports (sell-in, sell-out, pricing, market share) * Support pricing management (price lists, positioning, competitiveness) ✔️ Go-to-Market Execution * Help execute product launches and marketing activities * Support creation of product materials (briefs, presentations, value propositions) * Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure strong market execution ✔️ Cross-functional Collaboration * Work closely with local Sales teams and CEED regional team * Support alignment between local needs and European product strategy * Contribute to improving how we operate as a product organization ✔️What you will learn / achieve * Understand how product strategy translates into real business results * Gain hands-on experience across product, sales, and marketing intersection * Learn how to work with regional structures and HQ * Build strong analytical and business decision-making skills
