Objectives and internship activities: The aim of the internship, in addition to an initial induction and orientation phase within the company, includes the following activities, which the intern will carry out alongside the Tutor and gradually with increasing autonomy: In particular, the Guest Arrival Expert will focus on: * Provide a warm and sophisticated welcome and farewell to guests. * Assist with luggage handling, including loading, unloading, storage, and in-room delivery. * Escort guests to their rooms when needed and provide a brief orientation. * Offer information about hotel amenities, services, and local points of interest. * Assist in arranging transportation and recording advance requests. * Support in managing the hotel entrance, ensuring cleanliness and smooth traffic flow. * Help with valet service, including vehicle inspection and guest notifications. * Contribute to creating memorable experiences by anticipating guest needs.
