We’re hiring an AI & Digital Innovation Intern to drive rapid experimentation with tools and workflows that improve digital experiences end-to-end. Drive rapid experimentation across ecommerce by evaluating and testing digital tools, platforms, and workflows that improve brand experiences and team productivity. Collaborate cross functionally with engineering, design, and marketing to pilot solutions, research emerging trends in AI/DXP, and present clear recommendations backed by lightweight experiments and metrics. Here’s what you’ll be responsible for joining our team as AI & Digital Innovation Intern: * Assist in evaluating and testing new digital tools, platforms, and workflows that improve brand experiences across e-commerce storefronts * Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to support project delivery and cross-functional communication * Research emerging trends in e-commerce, AI, and digital experience platforms and present findings to the team * Craft and refine prompts & guardrails for internal AI tools to support tasks like content ideation, QA, and consumer insights. * Frame problems into hypotheses and design lightweight experiments (pilots/AB tests, before after studies), define success metrics, and report outcomes with clear narratives.
