We’re looking for an Online Marketing Intern – Lifecycle Messaging to help us understand what our customers experience when they buy, use and manage our products — and how we can make that experience better. You’ll look at real customer journeys (screens, emails, product flows), spot where things feel confusing or frustrating, and suggest simple, concrete improvements that make life easier for our users. If you’re curious about AI, there’s also room to explore how we could automate parts of this work in the future. This is a hands‑on role where your work can directly influence how millions of people experience our products.
