Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and engaged IT Service Desk intern to join our IT Service Desk team in our offices in Trebaseleghe (PD). Your Impact * Management of user requests and problems related to assigned devices; * Management of employee onboarding and offboarding, including asset management; * Assisting in the configuration and support of hardware and software devices; * Monitoring and managing support tickets through our ticketing system; * Collaboration with IT Service Desk Milan team and other departments to ensure timely resolution of reported issues.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in the IT field
Basic knowledge of both hardware and software aspects of computers
Familiarity with major operating systems
Knowledge of Office Automation
