Job Description

Assist in laboratory experiments related to antibody discovery and engineering, protein characterization, mechanism-of-action studies and assay development; Support data collection, analysis, and documentation (electronic lab notebook) in compliance with internal standards; Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on experimental design and results; Read and present scientific literature; Adhere to safety and quality guidelines.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Life Sciences (Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related field)
Supervised by a mentor affiliated with an European academic institution
Familiar with basic laboratory skills and techniques (molecular biology [e.g. PCR, RT-PCR, cloning], biochemistry [ELISA, SDS-PAGE, WB], cell culture)
experience in an academic or industry lab is a plus
Strong analytical mindset and eagerness to learn new methods
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Fluent in English (written and spoken), our corporate language
