



The Investor Relations team consists of over 60 people based in Paris, London, Frankfurt, Milan, New York, Singapore, Seoul and Tokyo, delivering private markets investment solutions to institutional and retail investors. The team works hand-in-hand with Investment Teams and is supported by Operations & Fund Management to structure vehicles, run fundraising processes and ensure a high standard of investor communication. Within the Investor Relations team, this internship sits at the intersection of Middle East Investor Coverage (Sales) and Business Operations for the Investor Relations business unit. It combines client-facing support with internal steering and governance, offering strong exposure to senior stakeholders and a clear view of how a high-performing IR platform operates day-to-day. As such, the Investor Relations team focuses its attention on the following activities: * Manage and develop relationships with existing and prospective institutional investors (pensions funds, sovereign funds, family offices, etc.) with a strong client centric approach * Responsible for all information flow to key stakeholders: current and prospective LPs, deal professionals, gatekeepers, placement agents, consultants, etc. * Meet increasing demand from LPs for transparency, quality and timing of communications You will join the EMEA Investor Coverage team, working closely with the Middle East coverage and the Investor Relations Business Operations function. Responsibilities 1) Investor Coverage/Sales - (Middle East & EMEA) * Support members of the EMEA Investor Coverage team in managing their existing LP base * Market intelligence on global private equity markets and alternative investments * Draft public relations memos, post-meeting notes and manage follow-ups with clients * Roadshow and conference coordination and support 2) Investor Relations Business Operations - (Steering & Governance) * Support to the Head of IR and senior leadership: support IR strategic priorities, prepare executive-level meetings, align messages with materials, manage key deadlines * Senior governance & board reporting: consolidate and validate figures, deliver board-ready packs to drive leadership decisions * AI & tooling initiatives: identify efficiency gaps and suggest improvements (AI-enabled tools, automation, templates), to streamline reporting and internal coordination * Cross-BU coordination: run day-to-day interfaces with investment/ops/fund teams and secure inputs fast * BU steering & performance tracking: monitor budget/KPIs (as relevant), support prioritization, translate data into actionable insights
