International Social Media & Videographer Intern Location: Paris, France (In-Office) Department: International Marketing Reports to: Manager – International PR, Influence & Social Media This is a paid internship About the Role The International social media & Videographer Intern plays a key role in how Tarte Cosmetics connects with its global community online. This role blends creativity, curiosity, and strategy to drive engagement and build a thriving digital presence across social platforms. Working closely with the International Manager of PR, Influencer Marketing & Social Media, you’ll help shape Tarte’s storytelling across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels — developing content, tracking trends, and sparking authentic conversations with beauty lovers worldwide. What You’ll Do Social Media Strategy & Execution * Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms across owned and retailers’ tools. * Concept, film, and edit short-form content (TikToks, Reels, Snaps, etc.) aligned with Tarte’s brand DNA and tone. * Support the execution of launch moments, UGC compilations, and creator collabs. * Write compelling captions, source assets, and ensure content consistency across markets. * Monitor social media trends and cultural moments to identify new content opportunities. Content Creation & Collaboration * Collaborate with creators and partners to develop authentic, digital-native content that resonates with global audiences. * Participate in content production from day-in-the-life reels to event coverage and campaign visuals. * Support creative partnerships (e.g. music festivals, brand collabs) that enhance Tarte’s visibility and engagement. * Produce visual assets (photo/video) to support social and marketing initiatives. * Edit content creatively to match platform-specific trends, transitions, and music timing.
