Mar-Bella Collection is looking for a passionate Kitchen Trainee (Internship) to join our team for 2026 in Perdika, Thesprotia * Assist in the preparation and cooking of food under the supervision of senior chefs. * Support with mise en place and daily kitchen tasks. * Ensure workstations, utensils, and equipment are clean, sanitized, and well organized. * Follow hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards at all times. * Assist in receiving, checking, and storing deliveries according to procedures. * Shadow chefs to learn techniques and professional kitchen practices. * Contribute to maintaining a positive, collaborative, and efficient working environment. * Perform any other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors.
