Job Description

You will be responsible for supporting Hiring Process for our Emmies across Europe, focusing on coordination, planning, and scheduling. You will manage end to end process for (5 to 10) Intern open roles and gain a deeper understanding of the Hiring process You will become a trusted interviewer for roles across commercial, operational and product teams You will cooperate within a multicultural team improving the recruitment process, candidate experience and time to offer . You will support the development of our School and Universities Partnerships, focusing on communication channels, events planning and job platform management You will support administrative tasks related to applicants tracking, referrals, and recruiting events when needed.

Requirements

You are detail-oriented, organized, have excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
You are knowledgeable in MS Office, mainly Excel.
You have a critical thinking and a continuous improvement approach to day-to-day tasks.
You can create structure, have a strong hands-on execution, problem-solving skills, and result-orientation.
You are currently completing or just finished a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management, or its equivalent.
You are fluent in English, other European languages are a plus.
