Based within Strathclyde Business Park, you will join the team in a multifunctional role where you will be crucial to the smooth operations within sales administration as well as supporting colleagues and teams across departments, contributing to the overall success of the business. Whilst carrying out your role you will be supported through a Business Administration Apprenticeship gaining an industry recognized qualification. The Role: Your key tasks and learning will include: • Managing the Sales Administration (SA) mailbox, ensuring emails are managed and dealt with on time. • Invoice processing/quoting/ordering using company's bespoke software. • Keeping Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems up to date • Answering calls, recording and dealing with customer enquiries • Manage and record supplier contact/relationship.
