In this role, you will design and implement AI-driven automation solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Product Owners, Project Managers, Development Managers, and Scrum Masters. You will: * Build automated workflows using tools such as n8n to streamline processes like reporting, ticket handling, and communication flows * Develop and optimize prompts for AI tools (e.g., Claude) to automate tasks such as meeting summaries, backlog refinement suggestions, and status reporting * Create Python-based scripts to integrate systems, process data, and support automation pipelines * Connect enterprise tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, collaboration platforms) through APIs into intelligent workflows * Deliver reusable automation assets (prompt libraries, workflows, scripts) that can be adopted across teams Your work will directly impact productivity by reducing manual effort and enabling faster, data-driven decision-making.
