Job Description

Manage all presales activities with the goal to convert effectively incoming sales leads, ensuring strong performance in terms of conversion and average order valueManage customer care daily activities: handling customers’ inquiries and requests through emails and callsInteract with suppliers to manage customers’ requests and negotiate the best solution for the company and its customersWork closely with other departments (Logistics, Catalogue Management and Technology) to ensure an excellent level of customer experienceCustomer loyalty and retention initiativesContinuously evaluate internal customer care processes and propose business development initiativesOffer information

Requirements

  • Degree in languages or humanistic disciplines
  • Passion for Sales & Design and a proactive approach
  • Italian native
  • professional proficiency in English and French
  • Previous working experience is considered a plus
  • Exceptional problem solving and organizational skills, with strong orientation to results
  • Able to manage relations and negotiations, with excellent communication skills
  • Attention to details, flexibility and entrepreneurial attitude
