What you’ll be doing: As a Business Administration Apprentice, you’ll go straight into the action – we’re looking for candidates seeking challenging and rewarding work. You will join one of the below teams: Marketing & Communications - The Marketing & Communications Team play a crucial role in developing and deploying strategies to acquire and engage customers and to grow and retain them so that Fidelity becomes their pension and investment platform of choice. We work across multiple customer types (B2B and B2C) and multiple channels so our work is different every day! Product Management & Development - The Platform Product Group is responsible for the governance, oversight and running of the investment products on our platforms including ISAs, pensions and brokerage assets (shares). We play an integral role to ensure that our existing and future products are compliant. Business Services - The Business Services team helps the organisation run efficiently by analysing workforce data and supporting leaders with clear reporting and effective planning. They ensure strong governance and teamwork, enabling the business to meet its goals and deliver excellent results for customers and stakeholders. Digital User Research - The User Research team is responsible for understanding customer's needs and behaviours around financial decisions and planning for the future. The team also ensure our digital services, including websites and apps are easy for people to use and understand by testing them with real people. We don’t expect you to know everything from day one — and that’s okay. You’ll be supported throughout your journey with us, with opportunities to shadow colleagues, connect with previous apprentices, and use dedicated development time to build a strong understanding of our business and how we work.

Requirements

  • GCSE Grade 4 or above in English and Maths
  • Further Education qualification (A Levels, BTEC, IB etc.)
  • good computer skills (knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point preferred)
  • You are curious and have an interest in problem solving
  • excellent communication skills: both verbal communication and written communication
  • You can demonstrate attention to detail
  • You can build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Have the Right to Work in the UK
  • Have lived in the UK for 3+ years
  • Be available to join us in September 2026
