Monitor and report ecommerce performance regularly across channels in terms of sales, orders and other related metrics Assist in gathering and analysing e-commerce data using tools like GA4 and Tableau to provide insights into customer behaviour, product performance, and sales trends Support the preparation of presentation to keep the Top Management update on all relevant projects Prepare post-events analysis to spot missing opportunities Support sales and orders forecast process for key markets and regions Build dashboards to support ecommerce team and stakeholders allowing them in taking more data-driven and informed decisions
