As a People Development and Culture Intern, you’ll be an integral part of our Talent and Learning team at the Central Head Office in Amsterdam. As a People Development & Culture Intern, you will support a range of learning and development initiatives. This includes contributing to onboarding and learning content, assisting with learning platforms and tools, and supporting the coordination of development programs. Your insights and creativity will be valued as you contribute to strengthening our organizational learning culture. This opportunity provides a comprehensive view of the Learning & Development facet of Rituals and involves interacting with stakeholders from diverse departments. You'll also gain practical experience with innovative AI tools that enhance your workday.
