As an HSE intern M/F, you will contribute to the identification and analysis of HSE risks by detecting hazardous situations in the field, such as anomalies, risky working conditions, rooftop access, situations involving simultaneous operations or overcrowding, and by helping propose appropriate corrective measures. You will also support the monitoring of field observations by contributing to the processing of HSE data, including anomalies and good practices, using observation grids and updating HSE indicators such as anomaly rates, equipment compliance, and the follow of corrective actions. A significant part of your internship will consist in supporting the implementation of HSE requirements in the field by helping translate them into concrete actions. This will include creating or adapting operational tools such as document templates, tracking sheets, checklists, or field communication materials to facilitate compliance with HSE requirements and the management of safety actions. You will also participate in the monitoring and reporting of HSE indicators by using Microsoft Excel and Power BI to develop dashboards and simple analyses, as well as in the recording, monitoring, and closure of observations in internal HSE management tools such as Maestro or equivalent platforms. Finally, the internship will involve close collaboration with operational and HSE teams. You will contribute to exchanges and coordination activities through Microsoft Teams and Outlook, and will help disseminate good practices and prevention messages related to health, safety, and the environment. You will work within a team of experienced professionals and alongside a tutor coach who will be your reference for your future profession. Tailored support will help you develop autonomy and guide you toward completing your degree.
