Mitarbeit im operativen Tagesgeschäft: Terminkoordination, Einladungsmanagement, Rechnungscontrolling und -verwaltung, Budgetplanung, Bedarfsanalysen, etc. Einblick und Unterstützung bei Projekten im Bereich Personalentwicklung (Learning, Development, Culture) Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Nachbereitung von internen und externen Weiterbildungsveranstaltungen der Handelsblatt Media Group, wie Vorträge, Workshops, Seminare und Trainings Koordination interner Referenten und externer Dienstleister

Requirements

Du studierst Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Psychologie oder eine vergleichbare Fachrichtung
Du hast ein großes Interesse am Bereich Personalentwicklung und idealerweise durch Praktika oder Aushilfstätigkeiten schon erste Praxiserfahrung gesammelt
Du besitzt ein hohes Maß an Motivation und Eigeninitiative, bist sehr gut organisiert und strukturiert, kommunikativ und arbeitest selbstständig
Deine to do‘s erledigst du mit höchstem Engagement und bewahrst auch in stressigen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf
