Job Description

We are looking for a talented, reliable, and people‑focused working student to support our growing employee base and contribute to improving our People Operations processes. In this role, you will report to the Team Lead People Operations and collaborate closely with our Spain‑based Senior P&C Generalist as well as our international People Operations team. This role should cover at least 20 hours/week and is primarily home office based, with regular office presence upon previous alignment.

Requirements

Major in Business Administration, Management, Human Resource Management or related fields, with the possibility to sign an agreement with your university.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially MS Excel.
Previous experience in an administrative role; experience in HR is a plus.
Excellent communication skills (Spanish and English). English is essential.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
A proactive mindset, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently
