Our paid Software Development Internship program typically lasts 6 months. It is an opportunity to deep dive into the software development environment and development techniques with one of our teams. You will work with full-time employees and industry professionals improving existing products in an Agile environment. You will work with a variety of software engineering knowledge areas including full development life cycle, Agile methodology, system design, test-driven development, test automation, build and configuration management. Each intern has a dedicated mentor to help navigate Rockwell, ramp up in our codebase, and remove daily blockers. Your Responsibilities: * Work on a dedicated project within the team. * Deliver defined milestones. * Learn by doing the project and from the team.
